Description of Role:

Trainee Foreperson (Site Agent)

Location: Islington

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 per annum

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated individual with construction experience to join our team as a Trainee Foreperson (Site Agent). This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Multi-Trader, CSR, or RLO who’s ready to take the next step into site supervision.

You’ll support the Contract Supervisor in delivering kitchen and bathroom installation projects across Islington, learning how to oversee trades, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safe, well-organised sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day supervision of site works, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Support coordination of trades, materials, and schedules.
  • Help maintain accurate site records and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and contractors.
  • Promote and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in construction (Multi-Trader, CSR, or RLO background preferred).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop into a leadership role.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office or similar).
  • Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain before starting).
