I have had a very good working relationship with AD construction, I am very satisfied with their level of professionalism in managing the various projects.

AD Group was seen as a highly proactive contractor willing to go the extra mile to ensure our residents were happy with their services and works. This is shown in the resident satisfaction scores for the projects and ability to resolve at the earliest possible date.

Having worked with AD Construction on this project I would whole heartedly recommend them for future work. The project was slightly onerous due to the specification altering from tender stage due to the end users changing preferences. However AD construction showed their versatility and partnership ethos by working with SBC to maintain a working relationship throughout and the end result was a fantastic building that the borough is immensely proud of.

The CSR has a good rapport with the customers, most issues are dealt with minimal input from the client...The delivery of the programme is on time even with additional blocks added to the programme.

PRAISE WHERE IT'S DUE! We’d like to start this month with a big thank you… the feedback below was received from an Orbit customer with particularly complex needs. The visit by two engineers from AD’s Window team was a text book example of exemplary customer service and warranted special mention. “Huge thanks to the operatives for their patience and understanding. I suffer from severe anxiety and do not do very well with strange people especially when they have to do work in my home. I also have physical disabilities too and I told the company this when my appointment was made and they sent their 2 best lads who deal with people who have these disabilities like me and they were so good and patient with me and tried to make it as stress free as possible. These are probably the first work contractors that you have ever sent to my house that I have felt OK with. I still felt overwhelmed and had a near on panic attack but it could have been far worse for me if it wasn't for those 2 lads.

AD have provided a very good standard of service on our existing planned maintenance over the past 2 years. I have found AD Group to be very conscientious in their approach to the works. AD Group have also demonstrated the ability to be flexible in terms of works delivery, as well as financial management. During the course of the current contract, AD Group have demonstrated a solution-focused approach wherever difficult working conditions have been presented.

I have found ADCG very knowledgeable about modern forms of flat roof renewal as well as experts at traditional methods. Regarding the former, they have been able to carry out work to a very high standard using GRP-type renewal methods with a long-term supplier-backed guarantee, although no failure has been experienced to date where such works were completed over 5 years ago. They have also been able to incorporate the upgrading of such roofs to comply with modern levels of insulation and to convert cold decks to warm decks quite efficiently. Where roofs have required a more traditional renewal of felts, they have again been able to carry out such hot-works using the requisite health and safety parameters expected of an experienced contractor. Associated work in organising such work including scaffolding has also been carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. They have completed many roofing-only works from the value £2500 to £250,000 without difficulty, and always to budget, quality and time.

Wanted to say what a great job AD did. All the guys were so professional and courteous throughout, especially given the difficult circumstances under which they were working with social distancing and all of us being at home all the time. They always checked when I had meetings so they could avoid making any excess noise and they were always really careful with any bits on my balcony and in the flat whenever they had to come in. I know it's only the first works on the block that I've experienced, but a few neighbours have said that this is the best job that has been done in years; in particular the attention to detail with the burning off/paint work on the windows and balcony doors was really great. It's really good that the tenants are all saying how well the works went!
