AD provides planned maintenance, refurbishment and decoration services for our clients via one off contracts, partnering agreements and frameworks.
AD work predominantly as a Public Sector Partner, undertaking a range of building works for both residential property and public buildings.

AD remains a privately owned company, during the past 77 years we have grown year on year and now turnover in excess of £42m pa. The majority of AD’s turnover is generated from public sector works, with a special emphasis on social housing.
