Since 1944 AD Construction Group has established itself as a well-regarded refurbishment contractor providing building maintenance services within the public sector, predominantly to local authority housing associations. Working as a close-knit team the organisation has successfully proven time and time again its ability to be a serious competitor in the construction industry. 

This company carries out a complete range of decorating, building and repair work. They are looking to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Craftworkers who will be working on various contracts across London. 

Travelling will play a major part in the role as the job will involve covering many different sites in and around North/ East London, therefore driving is a must. 

They are looking for Operatives with experience in: 

  • Predominantly carpentry 
  • Render repairs 
  • Brick / concrete repairs 
  • Plastering 
  • Painting and decorating 
  • Repair care 
  • Pointing 
  • Fencing 
  • Roof line goods and rainwater goods replacement 

Essential Skills: 

  • Driving License 
  • The ability to work under their own initiative and to the specification of works/contract instructions 
  • The ability to record all repairs effectively 
  • Good communications skills 
  • Previous experience in a similar role 

Additional Information: A DBS check will be required. 

Initial 9-month probation period 
Hours: 8am - 5pm 
Salary: £37,000
