AD Secures Long Term Capital Investment Works Contract with Southern Housing

A Long-term partnership to deliver £8 million per year of essential internal home improvements for Southern Housing residents.
AD is delighted to announce its appointment as a delivery partner with Southern Housing under the newly launched Capital Investment Agreements Programme, a landmark £2.38 billion initiative to improve the quality, safety, and sustainability of residents’ homes over the next 20 years.
As part of the programme, AD has been awarded Lot 8 – West Sussex Internal, delivering approximately £8 million of improvement works per year. These essential internal upgrades will include new kitchens and bathrooms, designed to enhance the comfort, quality, and day-to-day living for residents across the region.
