Congratulations to AD's Employee of the Year 2018

After inviting all staff to put forward a nomination for someone who they believed should be considered for the award, AD are pleased to announce that after some seriously difficult consideration we have decided the 2018 winner!

This year's nominees were as follows;

Well done to those nominated, these nominations came directly from your colleagues who have been impressed and in awe of the work you have done. You should be proud of yourselves.

When deciding between the nominees we found some very common factors that were especially commendable, from those going 'beyond their own job descriptions' to ensure that the service we are providing to our clients remains as good as it can possibly be, as well as a willingness to take ownership of all responsibilities in order to see our projects through to a good conclusion. Those with a good commercial approach to their role, ensuring that we have been operating in an efficient manor making sure there is no wastage, or unnecessary expense on jobs, or within their departments were also noticeable within the nominations.

However, "there can be only one winner!" and when assessing all those nominated this year, one person had been put forward several times by various people, and so I am delighted to announce that the winner of Employee of the Year 2018 is Sally Darvill.

Well done Sally and thank you for your hard work this year, I am very grateful for the extraordinary effort you have put in and how well you have progressed within the Marketing and Bid Department.
