The AD Construction Group was first founded in 1944; we remain a family run business and have grown to become one of the largest building refurbishment and maintenance contractors in the South East.

The group has established many long term partnering arrangements with both public and private sector clients, with approximately 85% of turnover comes from Social Housing Refurbishment and Cyclical redecoration works.

Today we employ over 200 people, all of whom are fully trained to provide the high standards that our clients have enjoyed for more than 60 years. As a result, this year’s turnover will be made up of 92% of repeat business from satisfied customers.

We operate in the housing, education, health, public and commercial sectors with projects ranging from large-scale regeneration of housing communities to specialized high spec private refurbishment.
